Privacy Policy describes how Minh United Technology, Inc. and its affiliates to (collectively or individually “MUT” or “we” or “us”) collect, use, disclose, share, post, upload, store, transfer, process your personally identifiable information (“Personal Data”) that collected when you use EasyGolf’s Products/Services through accessing to the EasyGolf Website (https://easygolf.net) and using the Mobile EasyGolf Application. The EasyGolf Website and the Mobile EasyGolf Application are collectively referred to as “EasyGolf”.
Let’s read this Privacy Policy carefully, by clicking on “Register Now” at EasyGolf Registration Screen or in the course of providing you with the services or access to the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood terms of Privacy Policy and you have agreed and consented to the collection, use, disclosure, share, storage, transfer, process of your Information Data as described and under the term herein. Your provision of your Personal Data is voluntary. If you choose not to provide information as requested or you do not agree with or consent to this Privacy Policy, you may not access or use EasyGolf.

    1. Personal Record: Full name, Gender, Number Phone, Email, Password and any other personal information of images that you post, upload to EasyGolf.
    2. Using Data: User status and activities when using and accessing to EasyGolf, including without limitation: handicap index, achievements, results of golf rounds, golf rounds history; sharing, posting, uploading, commenting…on EasyGolf community.
    3. Device information: Information about the computer or device’s information you use to access to EasyGolf, including the hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifier, phone number, International Mobile Equipment Identity ("IMEI"), and mobile carrier.
    4. Marketing and Communication Data: Your favorites, survey results.
    5. Location Data: User location (depending on either user’s permission or no permission on every single using EasyGolf time).
    6. Address Book: User’s contact list and/or address book (and the information contained therein) on user device that used to access to EasyGolf (depending on either user’s permission or no permission on every single using EasyGolf time).

  2. Information of Personal Record, Location Data and Address Book will be collected by MUT when we have your permission.

We ensure that we do not collect more Personal Data from you than is necessary in order to take pre-contractual steps (under Terms and Conditions of Services) or to register your account as required or initiated by you, to serve the purposes under this Privacy Policy, to protect your account, to minimize and prevent fraud, to prevent or suppress a danger to any person’s life, body or health, to comply with our legal obligations, to perform a task carried out in the public interest or that is necessary for the exercising of official authority, to protect your and our legal rights, to proceed with establishment, compliance, exercise or defense of legal claims, to achieve our legitimate interest or that of other persons, and to operate our business.

2. Children’s Online Privacy Protection:

MUT does not either seek to collect directly Personal Information from children under 13 or to allow children under 13 to register account to use EasyGolf. In the case, we discover that we have collected Personal Data from a child under 13, we will take steps to remove that information from our systems as soon as impossible. 3. Accuracy:

It is your responsibility to give us current, complete, accurate information, including Personal Data, and to keep such information up to date. We are not responsible for any problems or liability that may arise if you do not give us current, complete, or accurate information or Personal Data or you fail to update such information or Personal Information. We will reject and delete any entry that we believe in good faith to be false, fraudulent or inconsistent with this Privacy Policy.

4. The Legal Basis For Collection and Processing Your Personal Data:

The legal basis upon which we rely for the collection and processing of your Personal Data under the GDPR as bellow:
  1. It is necessary to register you as a user, manage your account and profile, and authenticate you when you log in.

  8. It is necessary for our legitimate interests in the proper administration of our website and business; analyzing the use of EasyGolf; assuring the security of EasyGolf; maintaining back-ups of our databases; and communicating with you.

In addition to purposes of using Personal Data under Article 1.3 this Privacy Policy, we may use your Personal Data to support you in the using Product/Service period and to support our other business, include but are not limited to:
  1. Manage EasyGolf users.
  2. Manage competitions/tournaments.
  3. Calculate, administer and manage Handicap Index.
  4. Better understand your needs, provide you with better products and services, and deliver the specific product, service, or information you requested.
  5. Contact, update you about your account, this Privacy Policy, Term of Services and/or with regard to EasyGolf/MUT.
  6. Send you emails, sms and marketing information, including updates on products, services, and benefits relating to EasyGolf and selected third parties in whose products, services and offerings we think you may be interested.
  7. Personalize your experience on EasyGolf.
  8. Show you suitable advertisements on EasyGolf.

  1. Our EasyGolf, as well as the email messages sent with respect to EasyGolf, may contain links or access to websites operated by third parties that are beyond our control. Links or access to third parties from EasyGolf are not an endorsement by us of such third parties, or their websites, applications, products, services, or practices. We are not responsible for their privacy policy, terms and conditions, practices or the content. These third-parties may send their own Cookies to you and independently collect data.

If you visit or access a third-party website, application or other property that is linked or accessed from EasyGolf, we encourage you to read any privacy policies and terms and conditions of that third party before providing any personally identifiable information. In order to provide EasyGolf to you, we may send and store your Personal Data outside of the country where you reside or are located, including to the United States. 11. Security Information Data Measures:

  1. User Personal Data have been controlled and processed by Minh United Technology, Inc.
  2. We will take all steps and measures that are needed to be approved commercially to protect your Information Data.
  3. Please be aware that no data security measures can guarantee 100% security. We recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone. Our personnel will never ask you for your password through any means. If you share a computer or a mobile device with others, you should not save your log-in information (e.g., user ID and password) on that shared device. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or compromised passwords or for any activity on your account via unauthorized password activity.

12. Data Retention:

We store your Personal Information until you ask us to delete it or you terminate your Account with us. We store other information for various lengths of time based on how precise it is and which services you use. If you decide to stop using EasyGolf, you can ask us to delete your account and Personal Data.
